My90 is an independent firm that collects and analyzes survey responses with users’ consent. We value your privacy and we do not sell your personal information.
All of your survey responses are confidential. When we collect survey responses, the information is encrypted and stored in our databases. If any personally identifying information is shared with us, we remove it from our data analysis. We take security very seriously and we keep your data secure according to current best practices.
What information does My90 collect?
My90 collects information provided by respondents via SMS- or web-based surveys. All survey responses are voluntary. We do not scrape any additional information or passively collect any information from you or your devices. The only personally identifying information that we collect are your phone number and/or email address, depending on how you contact My90. If you contact us by texting a My90 phone number, for example, we will collect your phone number. Likewise, if you contact us by emailing us, we will collect your email address. However, phone numbers and email addresses are considered personally identifying information that we do not share with our partners. We never ask for your name, birthdate, address, or immigration status. Users can contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to find out what information we have collected about you, and to request any changes.
Sometimes our partners may share data with My90. For example, a City may ask its residents if they want to opt into My90’s services. In order for My90 to follow up with the residents who opt in, the City may share the relevant email addresses with us. My90 only owns the data we collect directly from our users. Any information that is shared with or uploaded to My90 directly through a partner login page will be stored and protected according to current best practices.
If you opt-in, My90 will contact you about surveys and may provide you the option to receive updates on certain topics. We may also send you content, such as My90 survey results, that we believe is relevant to the information you provided. My90 does not allow targeted messaging based on the religion, race, ethnicity, immigration status, or disability status of the user. My90 is an opt-in service, meaning that we only collect information that you voluntarily share with us, and you may opt-out of the service at any time by replying STOP to a text message or email.
